Treating others with empathy and kindness Respecting different views and experiences Using language that includes everyone Offering and accepting feedback positively Thinking about what’s best for the whole community, not just ourselves Being open and honest Refraining from discussing negatively about other member companies
We will not tolerate the following
Behaviour that could be seen as sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise hurtful or offensive Using sexual language or making unwanted sexual advances Sharing violent images or language Disrespecting different opinions Harassing anyone, in public or in private Trolling, making insulting remarks, and attacking people personally or politically Posting private information about others without their consent Causing ongoing interruptions in discussions Sharing private details meant to stay private Supporting or promoting any of the above actions
Self-Promotion and Unsolicited Outreach
Self-promotional messages and unsolicited outreach to members are strictly prohibited. Members who engage in such behaviour will face immediate removal from the community. Repeated instances may result in the removal of all members belonging to the same company.
Soliciting Contacts and Unsolicited Outreach
Members should not ask for contacts to help with product sales in the community. Members should not contact community members without being asked or without permission. For example, If Member A posts a message asking, “Does anyone have a contact at XYZ Corp for video KYC solution?” Members who sell video kyc solution should not use this as an opportunity to reach out to Member A to pitch their own products.
Confidentiality
The community discussions, member information, and content are for community members only and are not to be shared outside. If you have any doubts on what can/cannot be shared, please ask the community admin. Members have joined in their individual capacity and under Chatham House rules.

Enforcement
Enforcement Council
A Code of Conduct Enforcement Council will be established. This council will be responsible for creating and updating the code of conduct and evaluating any complaints or issues raised. Any measures or actions taken will be based on a common consensus suggested by the council members.
